Join Get Bentz Farm & Nash Lake Fiber Farm each first Sunday of the month from 1-4pm. This is an open event, come when you come, and bring a fiber project to work on. This event aims to build our fiber community, support and grow our trades and crafts, and get help from others if needed. Bring your needles, hooks, looms, and wheels, and spend time together this winter.

We ask for a suggested donation of $10 to cover heat costs and beverages. We will have a donation box out at the farm during the event. We want to ensure this opportunity is accessible to everyone.

Learning to Spin on a Wheel

This class will teach you the basics of spinning yarn. Including fiber choice, fiber preparation to make spinning easier, and the basics of drafting. No spinning experience is necessary!

Spin with Ewe is held the first Sunday of each month at Nash Lake Fiber Farm, hosted by Theresa (Get Bentz Farm) and Amy (Nash Lake Fiber Farm). At each event, they’ll provide fiber for spinners to play with and a specific theme of focus, as well as education regarding the theme and technique tips for spinning and finished garments. Materials are sourced locally as much as possible, knowing sometimes we can't get it here. Information and fun stories about the adventures we had finding the fiber are also provided.

Harvest Hill Acres’ Knit Night at the Farm

5-10PM — 7477 400th Street, Dennison, MN 55018

Bring your knitting or other handcraft for a fun night of craft talk, help with a project or just to get out of the house. Weather permitting we can visit the sheep and other animals. Event will take place in the comfort of the on-farm yarn store. Snacks provided, bring a beverage of choice.

3rd Annual Winter Market

Nash Lake Fiber Farm and Badgerface Fiber are excited to announce that they will be hosting their 3rd Annual Winter Market.  The market will include vendors from the past and some new vendors, crepes and horse-drawn sleigh rides (weather permitting).
