Fibershed is all about local fiber, local dyes, and local labor. We believe a vital need in this community is a directory where fiber producers, processors, natural dyers, spinners, weavers, felters, knitters, apparel designers, artists, and everyone in between can be connected to each other and the public. If you fit any of those categories and are working to use local fiber, local dyes, local labor, and sustainable practices, please fill out our survey below to be included on our website's directory.

Note: As makers and artists it can be difficult to fully fit the local dyes, local fiber, local labor parameters of Fibershed. With the producer directory, what we're more interested in is if you are looking to use locally produced fiber and sustainable methods into your practice. Whether that be 100% or 10% we want to help support and connect you to our fiber community. Many of us are new to this and we all approach this differently. Let's take that journey together, learning as we go.
